Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClientCommit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using ClientCommit on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Service Description

ClientCommit is a contract obligation tracking platform. You upload client contracts, and our system extracts obligations, deliverables, invoices, and renewal dates using AI-powered analysis. All contract text is anonymized before AI processing — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Your Account

Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the contracts and data you upload to ClientCommit. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We access your data only to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any contracts or documents to the platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Service Availability

We strive to keep ClientCommit available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, all your data will be permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice when reasonably possible.

Limitation of Liability

ClientCommit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

ClientCommit extracts obligations from contracts using AI. While we strive for accuracy, you should verify extracted data against your original contracts for critical decisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
